Natural Care Massage
"Bye, Bye" Muscle Pain

About the Practitioner

I have been doing massage since 1999 and specialize in customized therapeutic massage.

I have experienced first-hand the power of massage on myself in reducing and eliminating muscle aches and pains

that come from working on the farm and factory type of work.

My goal is to treat everyone as an individual and meet their needs. In my work I use many different techniques. Other places may charge a separate fee for each. I don't. You may incorporate any of the techniques listed below to create a therapeutic massage just for you.

Whether you choose massage for treatment of muscle-related pain or for some deserved "me time"  it can make a real difference in your quality of life.

It doesn't matter what type of jobs we do; everyone will experience tight muscles at one point in their lives to where it hurts or restricts them from doing things.

I look forward to meeting you!  Diane

Swedish (Relaxation): Soft /medium pressure that is sure to soothe away sore muscles.

Deep Tissue:  Uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish Massage; however, the pressure is more intense.

Trigger Point Therapy:  Puts pressure into the tight muscle, to help reduce/eliminate pain.

Muscle Release Technique: Wonderful for anyone experiencing Carpal Tunnel/ repetitive type of work. Some stretching is applied with some pressure within muscle groups, that help to break up scar tissue and adhesions, relieving chronic pain and tension that perpetuates discomfort.

Foot Reflexology: Great for achy feet. Our feet can be one of the most abused and neglected part of the body. Pressing on reflex points to the bottom of the feet can help to relieve headaches, improve circulation, remove toxins, promote health, relaxation and well-being.

Pregnancy Massage: Offered during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters, following physician’s consent. A special pregnancy cushion is used allowing for a full body massage designed with comfort for the expectant mother in mind.

Raindrop Technique: (Young Living Essential Oils) Delight your senses and allow the essential oils from trees, plants, herbs and flowers to bring your body back into peace, balance, and harmony. When used in the Raindrop Technique the oils assist your body by reducing muscle tension, inflammation and soreness. The antimicrobial properties play an important part in raising the immune system helping to create an environment in which germs, bacteria and viruses cannot survive. Young Living therapeutic grade oils are organically grown and distilled by a company that has been green since its founding in 1993.
