Deep Tissue ( Firm to deep pressure)

Trigger Point Therapy (Targets the muscle knot that has been causing pain. )

Foot Reflexology (Feet are so often neglected, pressure put on the reflex points to the bottom  of the feet,  help to restore circulation and body wellness. 

Swedish (soft to medium pressure that will soothe away sore muscles and promote relaxation)

Muscle Release Technique (great for chronic tight muscles that always hold tension and can't relax, such as repetitive types of  jobs, carpal tunnel is one of these.)
